Liz Yull is certified as a PINC Physiotherapist and is trained to provide individualised and prescribed rehabilitation to women with diagnosed cancer. Participating in the PINC program can help women to heal as well as possible, and to function at optimal levels through every stage of their treatment recovery. Liz hopes to inspire and encourage women diagnosed with cancer to regain their physical strength and stamina and incorporate exercise into their lifestyle.
The research is undeniable: Exercise is so important for mental and physical well-being and quality of life following a cancer diagnosis. A review in May 2017 of more than 100 studies involving tens of thousands of cancer patients worldwide found that mortalitiy rates among those who exercised regularly fell by up to 44%. The risk of cancer recurrence dropped by up to 33%. The side effects of chemotherapy are less pronounced.

The PINC Program is suitable for women after any type of cancer diagnosis, surgery or treatment and accommodates women of all ages, fitness levels and mobilities. The program has been formatted to help women during all phases of their cancer journey: Before Surgery, After Surgery, During Cancer Treatments, (Chemotherapy, Radiotherapy and others) and into Fitness and Survivorship. The timing of each phase will be dependent on individual circumstances.
