Enjoy a class that will build your Pilates technique. This class is suited to those who may have been attending Pilates for some time but prefer to keep things at a moderate level or those that have movement issues that need to be addressed and considered within the context of the class. Through guided instruction, participants will achieve greater flexibility, strength, co-ordination, control and balance
