Service Description
Enjoy a class that will build your Pilates technique from low to moderate levels. This class is suited to those who are relatively new to Pilates classes, may have been attending Pilates for some time but prefer to keep things lower or those that have movement issues that need to be addressed and considered within the context of the class. Through guided instruction, participants will achieve greater flexibility, strength, co-ordination, control and balance
