Pilates Health Physiotherapy offers a physiotherapy clinic to provide assessment, treatment and exercise advice to encourage maximum recovery and maintenance of healthy, effective functional movement.
Pilates Health Physiotherapy are a group of State Registered Physiotherapists who have many years of experience in movement re-education. While our classes provide a weekly opportunity to practice exercises, we recognise that it is difficult in a group situation to meet the needs of those who have specific issues that need addressing. If you feel that we can help you to achieve more through a one to one appointment, please get in touch to make an appointment.

If you cannot attend your booked appointment at Pilates Health Physiotherapy Clinic, you will need to notify either Anita via email (info@pilates-health.com) or Helen by text 07789465383 within 24 hours of your appointment or you will be charged the full cost of your clinic appointment.
