Following the World Health Organisation guidelines for physical activity for all adults of all abilities, this class optimises physical fitness by combining intervals of aerobic, Pilates and relaxation exercises. Suited to most levels of ability with options for either matwork or standing Pilates, this class is particularly targeted to anyone who finds it difficult to build cardiovascular fitness into their weekly routine or those with long term health conditions. All participants are required to have completed a Health Questionnaire and to have read the guidelines for this exercise programme prior to joining.
